Lynn Rudd, Sales Associate

A native Ardmoreite, Lynn has been in the real estate profession for 22 years.  She pursued her license while working in the banking business.  She served in several capacities over 41 years and retired as the Public Relations Director for BancFirst.

Lynn and her husband Doug attend First Baptist Church.  They have been married for 53 years and have two sons and a daughter.  Also, they have been blessed with four granddaughters and two grandsons. Her children all live and work in Ardmore and the grandkids attend Plainview Schools.  The 2nd oldest granddaughter is enrolled at ECU in Ada and the oldest works for her dad. 

Lynn has inherited her dad's gene of loving houses.  As a young girl her family moved 17 times in 18 years.  She and Doug have built 3 homes, remodeled two and have moved 19 times.  She laughs and says "when her house gets dirty she just moves".  People have asked her how she can uproot and move somewhere different so often and her reply is "your home is where your family lives". 

Lynn has always had a warm feeling for real estate.  There are very few houses in the Ardmore area she has not been in.  She and her daughter love to ride around at least once every couple of weeks seeing what new homes are being built and what the real estate is offering to the public.  Of course, she goes to realtor "Open Houses" and enjoys taking her customers around to view the ones they are interested in.  

Lynn loves being outdoors.  She enjoys walking and while walking picking up sticks for weiner roasts which are a must at her house.
